What is the relationship between dreaming and sleeping? Dormant dreamers may wonder how on earth they can wake up in the morning and take care of business, while those who are more alert and aware may wonder if their problem isn’t just insomnia but a sign of something more sinister. It’s not necessarily the case that your subconscious mind knows what you’re thinking or feeling, it’s just that your conscious mind has other ideas about how to run your lives. In many cases, our brains work in an unconscious way and we don’t even know it! Whether you realize it or not, your brain constantly produces a chemical called prolactin as a result of which you may feel sleepy during the night. This is why it’s so important to check with your doctor before applying any over-the-counter remedies or taking any medication for sleep trouble. Ultimately, it’s up to you to find out why you’re so sleepy at night – whether it’s due to stress, lack of sleep, a disease or simply because you’re human.

In short, your brain is trying to communicate with your waking mind. When you’re sleeping, you’re not actually “ asleep” – you’re just not in the state of sleep you’re normally in. Your brain is trying to get in touch with your conscious mind and ask it questions so that it can receive feedback and provide suggestions on how to solve your sleep problems. When you’re wide-awake, your brain doesn’t have time to get in touch with your conscious mind – it’s just trying to solve its own problems! This means that when you’re wide-awake and you’re having trouble falling asleep, it’s probably not just a lack of sleep. It could also be something else – such as a medical condition, a mental illness, an eating disorder, or a stress response triggered by some external event. Most sleep problems are the result of some external factor, such as over-saturation of the brain or a disturbed routine.

Because your brain is trying to communicate with your waking mind, it may find it more effective to go to sleep when you’re asleep than to wake you up when you’re wide-awake. The reason this is so important to know is that many people find it more effective to take a sleeping drug than to try to solve their sleeping problems by themselves. This is particularly important for people who have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. It also has medical implications, as drugs that prevent insomnia may also have anti-anxiety properties.

Why Rescue Yourself from Sleep Issues?

Many people worry that their insomnia is due to a medical problem, such as an illness or underlying problem with the brain. However, the fact that your brain has other ideas about how to function and function properly is evidence that you’re actually healthy. This means that if you’re genuinely having sleep trouble, it’s not necessarily unhealthy, but normal and typical. Your brain has been programming you to be either asleep or wide-awake since you were a baby. When you become aware of how your brain is trying to effectuate its goals, you can take positive steps. For example, you can try doing something that will help you get some sleep – like, for example, getting up early and going to the bathroom only when you need to. Or you can try telemedicine (using a phone app). Or you can try researching your sleep problems and talking to your doctor about them.

How to rescue yourself from sleep issues

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to wake yourself from a sleep problem without resorting to some form of medical treatment. 

However, there are some ways that you can try to get yourself awake if you’re actually having  sleep trouble. For example: 

– Try changing your sheets. A change in the sheets may help your brain to wake up from a dream, but it won’t make it fast-food-induced sleep-wake. Instead, try changing your pillow cases or your duvet cover. This may help you to get some sleep, but it shouldn’t be the only thing you do. 

– Put on your favorite music while you sleep. If you’re easily triggered by loud noises or bright lights, put on your favorite soothing music while you sleep. This is important for people with sleep issues. 

How to rescue yourself from sleep problems?

As soon as you wake up in the morning, check with your doctor to see what steps he or she recommends you take to wake up in the morning. You likely won’t be able to take any drastic steps overnight, but you can make a plan of where you want to spend the day and try to make it happen. Some people may not be able to get out of bed in the morning until the early hours of the morning, while other people may only be able to get out of bed for about an hour before bedtime comes around again. If you have to be in bed for an hour or more before your bedtime, make an effort to get some sleep.
